Precise monitoring of pressure and liquid levels is critical in chemical plants, where harsh environments and complex processes demand reliable and durable instrumentation. Our **Differential Pressure Transmitter** and **Dual Flange Level Transmitter** were deployed in a chemical plant to meet these challenges, providing accurate measurement solutions for critical applications.
In this project, the differential pressure transmitter was installed to monitor the pressure drops across process equipment, such as filters and heat exchangers, ensuring optimal performance and early detection of blockages. Its robust design, with corrosion-resistant materials, made it ideal for handling aggressive chemicals and high-temperature conditions.
Simultaneously, the dual flange level transmitter was utilized for precise level measurement in storage tanks containing corrosive and viscous liquids. With a diaphragm seal system and advanced temperature compensation, it provided stable and accurate readings despite fluctuating process conditions.
Both instruments were seamlessly integrated into the plant’s distributed control system (DCS), enabling real-time data monitoring and control. This integration improved process safety, minimized downtime, and optimized resource management.
The successful deployment of these devices demonstrates our commitment to delivering reliable, high-performance solutions tailored to the demanding needs of the chemical industry.
