Overview

The Model 2088 Pressure Transmitter is highly sensitive, accurate, and possesses strong overload resistance. It is manufactured using imported sensors, with a high integration of the sensor and amplification circuit. The device features a die-cast aluminum alloy housing with a painted surface, requiring no adjustment for circuit zero point and gain. It has strong anti-interference capabilities, acid and alkali resistance, and is stable and reliable over the long term.

Working Principle

The Model 2088 Pressure Transmitter uses an imported pressure chip. Its sensitive components are made using diffusion or ion implantation techniques to form resistances and connect them into a Wheatstone bridge. A pressure-sensitive diaphragm is formed under the bridge using micromechanical processing technology. When pressure is applied to the diaphragm, the resistance value changes, producing a linear output signal proportional to the applied pressure. By applying a DC power source to the Wheatstone bridge, a DC voltage signal output is generated. This is then converted through a secondary conversion circuit to achieve a two-wire 4-20mA output.

 

Features

Good stability: The full-scale and zero-point long-term stability can reach 0.2% FS/year. Within the compensation temperature range of 0-70°C, the temperature drift is less than 0.2% FS, and less than 0.5% FS across the entire permissible operating temperature range.
